To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Compare this measurement to our size guide found on each product page.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-shaped hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I have my Stetson hat professionally cleaned or reshaped?
Yes, we recommend using a professional hat cleaner for felt and straw styles. To maintain the shape at home, store your hat upside down on its crown or on a dedicated hat rack.
